極可愛的耶穌聖心，祢是我生命的泉源。祢的仁慈聖愛，是我的依靠與希望。過去曾辜負祢的恩愛，違背祢的訓誨，求祢不念既往，完全寬恕。為賠補人們以不同的方式帶給祢的各樣凌辱，我願以「良善心謙悅主心」的精神充滿我的生活及使徒工作。
吾主耶穌，我們現在跪在祢聖心像前，感念祢種種的恩德，愛慕祢無限的美善。祢曾告訴聖女瑪加利大說，願世上所有的人都來奉獻於祢。現在我們全家遵照祢的聖意，奉獻於祢的聖心，願我們常能保守信望愛三德，每個人都能勤勉工作，熱心祈禱，得能全家大小平安。
